- Responsible for the overall credit administration at the branch (Appraisal, Monitoring, Recovery and Credit returns)
- Ensure preparation and submission of prudential returns to the Head Office
- Maintain acceptable internal control practices in accordance with the operational manual
- Manage the total deposits of the Branch and ensure its growth
- Prepare and interpret annual budget
- Manage all assets at the branch
- Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process and also supervise the execution of daily tasks by staff at the branch
- Monitor staff performance and attendance as well as ensure discipline at the branch
- A good first degree from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in Branch Operations
- MBA qualification will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and people skills including presentation skills
- Knowledge in Temenos 24 and other applications
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Demonstration of creativity and business acumen
- Excellent administrative and supervision skills
- Good team player
- Should have passion for deposit mobilization
