- To enhance the General Secretary effectiveness by providing high level administrative support in international relations, communication, strategy and policy implementation
- Plan, evaluate and monitor operations in the General Secretary’s office for effectiveness
- Create and executive international programmes, collaborate with relevant departments for conference, meetings and manage travel logistics for the General Secretary
- Draft correspondence and manages the flow of information in the GSs office ensuring confidentiality and circumspection
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures on accountable imprest request, reports, etc in the General Secretary’s Office
- Collate and analyze information such as management reports, Annual reports, council reports, etc and submit to the General Secretary
- Provide historical reference by developing and utilization an effective filling and retrieval systems and record meeting proceedings and when necessary
- A relevant university degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Relations, Social Sciences or a relevant professional body
- Must be a member of a relevant professional body
- A passion and deep commitment for the spreading of the word of God
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills including tact and diplomacy
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Must pay attention to detail and possess excellent problem solving skills
- Must be computer literate with advanced level skills in Microsoft office suite
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a 2 years of driving experience
