We’re rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services that exceed our clients expectationsJob SummaryWe’re seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative, organizational nd strategic support to senior executives, acting as a right hand person to ensure smooth operations, managing complex schedules, communications, travel and often handling sensitive information with discretionKey Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings/appointments, handle correspondence (emails, calls, mall) and maintain filling systems
  • Communication & Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact, screen visitors/calls and facilitating information flow between executives, staff, clients and stakeholders
  • Travel & Events: Arrange detailed travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries) and organize meetings, workshops or conferences
  • Document & Data Support: Prepare, edit and format reports, presentations, memos and other documents, conduct research and analyze data for decision-making
  • Project & Office Support: Assist with special projects, manage office supplies, oversee basic bookkeeping and implement process improvements
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Qualification Required & Experience
  • Minimum of HND in relevant field
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management or Communication
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
