Masco Foods Ltd is seeking a proactive and organized Real Estate & Leasing Officer to support the company’s growth and operations. This role is responsible for identifying new site opportunities, managing leasing processes, and overseeing all property-related matters for existing and upcoming locations.Key Responsibilities:

Site Identification & Evaluation:

Scout and evaluate potential locations for new restaurant outlets based on market demand, visibility, accessibility, and competition.

Lease Negotiation & Management:

Lead the negotiation of lease terms and agreements with landlords and agents, ensuring favorable and compliant contractual terms.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with property owners, legal advisors, real estate agents, and internal departments to facilitate smooth site onboarding and management.

Regulatory & Documentation Compliance:

Ensure all site acquisitions and leases comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and that all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.

Property Maintenance Oversight:

Work with facility or operations teams to ensure that all sites meet operational standards and are well maintained.

Reporting:

Prepare periodic reports on property status, lease conditions, and potential site pipeline to aid strategic planning and decision-making.
