- Execution of the strategic plan
- Development and implementation of resource mobilization and fundraising strategies to expand the trust’s assets and program delivery capacity
- Preparation and implementation of the annual budget and work plan
- Execution of programs, grants and distributions mandated by the Trust Deed, in alignment with the key objectives of GHCT
- Achievement of year-on-year key performance indicators agreed with the Governing Board and key stakeholders
- Adequate engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders
- At least, a Masters degree
- a background in social sciences, finance and administration, development studies or closely related discipline
- 8 to 10 years of post-Bachelor’s work experience, with at leas 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven results-orientation and stakeholder management ability
- Demonstrated success in resource mobilization and fundraising
- Ability to drive a team for achievement of results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
