• Execution of the strategic plan
• Development and implementation of resource mobilization and fundraising strategies to expand the trust’s assets and program delivery capacity
• Preparation and implementation of the annual budget and work plan
• Execution of programs, grants and distributions mandated by the Trust Deed, in alignment with the key objectives of GHCT
• Achievement of year-on-year key performance indicators agreed with the Governing Board and key stakeholders
• Adequate engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders

• At least, a Masters degree
• a background in social sciences, finance and administration, development studies or closely related discipline
• 8 to 10 years of post-Bachelor’s work experience, with at leas 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven results-orientation and stakeholder management ability
• Demonstrated success in resource mobilization and fundraising
• Ability to drive a team for achievement of results
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
