Job DescriptionThe Ghana Wildlife Society, a national conservation and research NGO, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and committed professional to lead the organisation as its Executive Director. The position provides vision and strategic direction for the growth of the Society and ensures effective delivery of its nature and environmental conservation programmes.Qualification Required & Experience

A higher degree (minimum MPhil) in a relevant field.
Relevant professional experience with at least 5 years in a senior management position and familiarity with NGO operations.
Proven good leadership skills, demonstrated experience in resource mobilisation for projects, familiarity with donor agencies and managing multiple donor-funded projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Passion for, and commitment to nature conservation.
