Job Vacancy For School Health Coordinator

• To provide strategic leadership, technical and administrative direction for the integration of school health policies and plans into the sector's programmes

• Lead the development and enforcement of health policies, plans and standards for schools in collaboration with the Ghana Health Service and other agencies
• Monitor to ensure that all schools have health protocols which are consistent with prevailing government policies, objectives, rules and regulations
• Provide technical assistance and support to school healthcare providers nationwide, bullying prevention, child/adolescent health clinical services and emergency plans
• Leads the mobilisation of funds, and ensures that implementation, monitoring and evaluation of plans and budgets for school health programs
• Serve as a liaison on health, safety and prevention activities between stakeholders in health delivery services
• Coordinate the development guidelines and protocols to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services and prevention programmes in schools across the country

• Must possess a relevant Master's Degree with research experience from an accredited tertiary institution
• A minimum of 10 years of post qualification relevant working experience
