- Take the lead in shaping the organisation's brand identity and media relations, working closely with the Director, Corporate Affairs.
- Develop and implement the organisation's public relations strategy, ensuring a strong brand presence and positive public perception.
- Oversee content creation for press releases, speeches, and corporate publications, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
- Develop crisis communication plans, providing rapid responses to reputational risks and stakeholder concerns.
- Advise senior management on public relations matters, ensuring consistency in corporate messaging.
- A Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in public relations, media management, or corporate communication, with at least 4 years in a senior role.
- Leadership in public relations, crisis communication, and media engagement.
- Decision-making in corporate messaging, brand reputation management, and stakeholder outreach.
- Risk awareness in public perception, reputational threats, and crisis response.
- Understanding of social media strategy, corporate storytelling, and digital media trends.
- Charismatic and influential in shaping public perception.
- Adaptability to evolving communication platforms and audience expectations.
