Job Vacancy For Project Manager

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and required resources.
• Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources (people, materials, machinery) efficiently.
• Create project schedules, set milestones, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and executives.
• Implement quality assurance processes and ensure final deliverables meet standards.
• Adapt plans and manage changes to scope or requirements without derailing the project.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is required
• Demonstrated experience in managing the full project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
• At least 2 - 5 years working experience
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Trello, Jira, or Asana
• Budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
• Excellent communication, team motivation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Risk Management, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
