- Ability to recruit quality and adequate manpower, train and lead them to meet sales targets (cases and premiums) on consistent basis.
- An expert in prospecting, appointment booking, lead/referrals generation, sales closing, organizing/doing institutional presentations and sales activations.
- Proficient sales leadership and management skills in achieving given sales KPIs.
- Ability to research, create new ideas, develop winning sales strategies and effectively execute them to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- A smart business development guru, sales planner, controller and executor.
- Exhibit professional sales practice and excellent client service delivery.
- Quality, accurate and timely reporting.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in sales leadership role.
- Must be very competent in Agency Recruitment.
- Good people management and emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to recruit talented Agents, provide field support, co-ordinate, organize, lead and control a salesforce of more than ten to excel on the job.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (verbal and non-verbal)
- Ability to build good relationships, network and broker business deals.
- Skilled in sales forecasting, good decision making and a solutions provider.
- Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
