- This role is responsible for the validation, processing and tracking of all forms received.
- Validate and type out Employee Application forms
- Type out Direct Debit forms
- Type out Redemption and Transfer forms
- Update trackers
- Send ticket to the respective department on all issues including incomplete forms
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
- A minimum of a Diploma is required.
- 2 years work experience is required.
- Applicants must have good numeracy skills.
- Applicants must be computer literate.
