- Be the Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner
- Assist in preparing vouchers & schedules for monthly payments such as 2nd and third tiers social security for the firm and clients
- Assist with organising meetings for management and clients
- Assist in managing the firm's various insurance policies
- Assist the compliance officer in managing the statutory compliance requirements of clients and the firm and
- Any other duties that you may be assigned
- Bachelor's degree in the social sciences or its equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in computer software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft outlook)
- Knowledge in operating standard office equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent research and report writing skills and
- Ability to pay attention to details
