Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDEPARTMENT: ControllingMissionProduce, make reliable and analyze the financial information necessary to manage the performance of the Company and its assets, in particular concerning revenues.Being the Finance representative within the entity and ensuring the implementation of finance guidelines issued by Corporate or Region guidelinesRESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITY AND ACCOUNTABILITIESDescription and Expected Outcome/Performance Indicators1/ Oversees the production and consolidation of Ghana's revenue by the relevant and affiliated entities- Coordinates group and intra-group billing- Collects the group or intra-group customer contracts of the entities within its scope- Consolidate the elements to be invoiced- Calculate and follow up the provisions for invoices to be issued- Follow up the customer account of the entities in its perimeter- completeness of invoicingRespect of invoicing deadlinesMonitoring the cash collection process in relation with the Contract Managers (make sure that appropriate actions are regularly engaged to collect cash) - Ensure the management control of Company.
- Ensures the closing of revenues in accordance with the group standard, performs group management reporting in the dedicated group tool (ODIRIS/Magnitude)- Validate the analytical charges of the accounting documents in the dedicated tool (SHARE)- Contribute to the inventory entries (provisions, spreading of CCA …)- Perform detailed analytical reviews (Cube Excel)- All logistic costs have been well rechargedMonthly review of the accounts on the analytical keyContribute to the adequacy of contractual schemes.2/ Carries out analyses to provide a clear understanding of the Company's revenues on the basis of financial and operational data- Carries out management reviews of the revenues of the entities within its scope and analyzes variations in relation to different reference periods (previous periods, budget, forecasts) if applicable- Contribute to ad-hoc missions3/ Contributes to the preparation of Company's projections and budgets4/ Carries out and contributes to the preparation of the various Company reports (internal or external reports; weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)5/ Contributes to being the guarantor of the respect of the Group rules, the quality of the information and the respect of the imposed deadlinesReports to: Area General ManagerInterfaces: Affiliates / Finance and Commercial teams, Head Office teamsTransversal Competences : As per related Function RequirementManagerial Competences: As per related Function RequirementQualifications: Master DegreeExperiencesMinimum 3 year experience in management control, with exposure to accounting issues.Experience in the Offshore Marine industry appreciated.HOW TO APPLYApply by sending cover letter and CV to belinda.nartey@kudulog.comApplication deadline : 31st October 2022
