• Assisting in ensuring staff comply with health and safety regulations, uphold standards of customer service, and policy.
• Assisting in providing customer service, answering customer questions, and addressing complaints.
• Assisting in ensuring all security protocols are followed for the safety of staff and customers.

• Assisting in ensuring that all stocks and supplies are timeously requested, and correct stock levels are maintained stored under optimum conditions.
• Assisting in ensuring regular stocktaking of all operating equipment at specified intervals.
• Assisting in ensuring effective communication by attending meetings as required and holding staff meetings on a regular basis to impart information

• A bachelor's degree in restaurant management or any management-related course from a recognized institution
• Prior experience in a supervisory position in a restaurant
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and can multitask
• Strong customer service skills
