Soliciting user stories and Business requirementsLead in the sourcing, training, and deployment of Microsoft Automation resources for the Automations and Innovations unitAssists the Head of Automations Unit in any other roles that will be assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the application development, testing and deployment of solutions on Microsoft platforms.
Arrange for user training and user acceptance tests for solutions
Maintain business applications built using Microsoft Power Platform tools, Scripts and other technologies
Handle the collection and documentation of user requirements
Handle the development of database tables, views, and stored procedures
Designing, developing, and testing applications in accordance with established standards
Participating in the maintenance and debugging of Microsoft Power Platform PowerApps, Power Automate workflows and custom coding
Analyse and resolve application or system problems
Providing technical expertise to project teams, and other departments for the resolution of complex policy and/or operations issues
Applying analytical, interpersonal skills and experience to operations and customer issues
Collaborating with and following the direction of Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Developers
Arrange meetings with stakeholders to review ongoing initiatives
Support the other development team with Design, analytics and Database setup
Transition completed automations to the Applications unit for support
Support other applications of the bank as assigned by the head of department of his/her representativeJOB CONTEXTThe Team Lead for Automation and Innovations (Microsoft PowerApps and Automation Platforms) will work with our development team to write and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions. He or she must have a good understanding of software development and the software development life cycle. He or she must be proficient in working closely with small teams of technical individuals to produce excellent quality solutions while focusing on code reusability and flexibility of solutions. Significant responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform Solutions including Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Pages and Microsoft Azure.The Team Lead (Microsoft PowerApps and Automation Platforms) is part of a unit whose objective is to develop high-quality automations that are aligned with user needs and business goals.KEY SUCCESS FACTORSShow a good understanding of user requirements

Agile Project management methodologies
Experience in software development and scripting.
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps / Dynamics 365 (model driven apps)
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Experience in Report/Dashboard design and configuration
Experience with Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) or equivalent reporting tool
4 years’ experience minimum in a related roleCOMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURSBasic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
Able to design technical specification documents
Experience developing and consuming APIs.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
