
Job Vacancy For Coordinator, Digital Channel Growth

- Contribute to the scaling of the digital channels in terms of top commercial KPIs (e.g. Monthly Active Users) and engagement.
- Drive acquisition activities for all Digital channels
- Conduct engagement campaigns (e.g. in-app messages)
- Conduct experiments to improve the full funnel from awareness to referral
- Provide input to the product owners on changes required to bring scale
- Collaborate with the Analytics and Reporting team to gather insights required to drive Growth initiatives
- Scale Digital channels to make them the #1 self-care channel for all customers
- Drive revenues and other critical KPIs for the success of the Digital Channels strategy
- Increase the number of customers who transact on the channel and refer to friends
- Scale the channels and drive engagement KPIs
- Ensure proper reporting on all levels of KPIs (top and deep dive) are provided to senior leaders

- A First Degree in any related field of study.
- Digital Marketing certification and/or Design Thinking is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience in a digital organization or in the digital department of an organization
- Experience with Growth Marketing
- Good experience and knowledge of the main digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Experience with Digital Marketing
- Good experience with PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of all main analytics tools and techniques
