Based in Sunyani, we operate multiple greenhouses and are rapidly expanding to become a leader in Ghana’s controlled-environment agriculture space.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a hands-on, experienced Greenhouse Farm Manager to take charge of daily operations across our greenhouse pepper farming units. This role is ideal for someone with an agricultural background, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of greenhouse crop management — especially peppers.[ad]The right candidate will be based in or near Sunyani, have formal training in agriculture (preferably from a Ghanaian institution), and bring practical experience managing greenhouse-grown capsicums (bell peppers).Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of all greenhouse farming activities.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of farm workers to meet productivity and quality targets.
Monitor crop health and growth cycles, ensuring optimal conditions for peppers.
Oversee irrigation systems, fertilisation, pest/disease control, and harvest schedules.
Maintain greenhouse infrastructure and equipment.
Manage inventory of farm inputs (seeds, fertilisers, tools).
Provide regular reports to overseas management on plant cycle progress, yields, staffing, and operations.
Work closely with our sustainability and expansion team on new greenhouse rollouts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field (studied in Ghana).
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing a greenhouse or traditional farm, preferably with peppers.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Practical understanding of greenhouse systems and hydroponics is an advantage.
Resides in or is willing to relocate to Sunyani or the surrounding areas.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural development.
