Country Programmes Manager at TREE AID

• Country Finance Officer (TAGH), Head of Programme Implmentation (WA), Head Programme Design (WA), Regional Communication & Advocacy Officer

• Ensure successful delivery of TREE AID’s Ghana Projects, monitoring evaluation and reporting with an added role of building
• Strong relationships with strategic partners

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in sciences/rural development studies, forestry, environment or agriculture economics, or other related discipline
• Additional extensive training and experience in at least one of the areas of TREE AID thematic work, forestry economics, agroforestry, sustainable natural resources management, food security and nutrition, rural enterprises and entrepreneurship

• Must have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role in the NGO sector at senior management level
• Must have demonstrated leadership skills/ability to work in a team and influence others positively

• Good knowledge and experience in projects development and proposal writing
• Must share the vision and the values of TREE AID
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders

• Ability to balance a number of conflicting demands (multi-task)
• Must be computer literate – good in excel, word and power point
• Must be conflict, smart working, able to work under pressure and time conscious
• Ability to work independently, self-initiative and with good team work and rapport .
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets including extensive travel in the field
• Must be bold ambitious, professional, transparent, ready to learn and accountable
• Ability to speak French is an added advantage
• Riding and or driving licenses is a requirement
