- The Finance & Administrative shall be responsible for the preparation of specific financial reports
- He shall be advisor to management team on finance and accounting related issues
- He shall be reporting to the Bank of Ghana periodically
- Shall work with other stakeholders for the continues and successfully running of the company
- Preparing, filing and facilitating payment due thereon statutory returns (SSNIT, PAYE, Corporate TAX, withholding tax)
- Assist a team to complete the implementation of Banking software-PROVISO
- Working with internal and external auditors to strengthen internal controls
- Performing reconciliatory duties on daily
- Payment processing
- Maintenance and administration of fixed Asset register
- Employee benefits administration
- BSc. Accounting from a recognised University
- Chartered Accountant and a member of any of the professional bodies such as ICA, ACCA, CIMA is an added advantage
- 3 to 5 years experience working with microfinance company
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office package such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc
- Very good knowledge of the IFRS is a must
- Knowledge of PROVISO banking software shall be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the related field
