Job Vacancy For Client Service Executive

• Prospecting for new outdoor businesses or clients.
• Take clients to billboard site for inspection.
• Liaise between the agency and the clients.
• Photo report all client materials with the help from the outdoor
• Ensure that company billboard are in good shape.
• Preparation of contract and invoices.
• Create a pool of outdoor data base to help you select from
• Preparation of weekly report and assessing company clients performance on a quarterly basis.
• Liaise with dl advertising agency to have available stock for sale
• Liaise with the finance department to establish rapport wth all district Assemblies across the country.

• Seeking a positive self-starter who likes challenges and is willing to work hard with strong multitasking abilities
• Has 2-3 years experience in similar role.
• Possesses a professional appearance and demeanour
• Willing to travel by own transportation (if necessary).
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong Communication skills using email and social media.
