  • Qualification: Autodidact (Self-Taught) or Certified Senior Backend Developer.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years as a Backend Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your accomplished projects.
  • Development Process: In-depth understanding of backend development process, frameworks and methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in modern backend technologies and frameworks.
  • Performance Optimization: Proven ability to optimize code for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Communication: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • Highly-Productive: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently delivering on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and performanceoptimized backend code.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure features.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless integration.
  • Serve as the “Go-to” person for resolving challenging technical issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, and growth-learning initiatives, and contribute to our side-projects.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated with emerging backend technologies.
  • Contribute to documentation.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers.
