The Sales Director: Payouts & B2B leads and scales Cellulant's payout solutions across enterprise and mid-market clients in Africa, defining and executing the commercial strategy for B2B payouts, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term strategic relationships with high-value clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred Minimum 7–10 years in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management in fintech/payments Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams and closing complex, high-value deals Deep knowledge of B2B payments, bulk disbursement workflows, and digital financial ecosystems Strong understanding of African payment ecosystems, regulatory environments, and market dynamics
