We curate meaningful experiences, tell impactful stories and build bridges through strategic partnerships that celebrate culture, innovation and entrepreneurship.We are seeking a Content Lead / Creative Producer to join our passionate team and take charge of creating and producing compelling content that resonates with our diverse community of artists, entrepreneurs and creatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content strategies across various digital platforms (social media, website, events and more).
  • Oversee the creation and production of high-quality content (videos, written, audio, visual).
  • Collaborate with the creative team, freelancers, and partners to produce engaging content that tells our story and promotes our events.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with the brand vision.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and impactful.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, generating innovative ideas that amplify our platform's mission.
  • Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for different platforms.
  • Analyse performance metrics to assess the success of content and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Content Lead, Creative Producer or similar role in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation across various media formats.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital media, content creation and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for creativity, culture and entrepreneurship.
