The ideal candidate will assist in call center resolutions, handle package sorting, dispatch riders efficiently, and perform data entry tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Second Shift Operations: Manage and oversee operations during the second shift, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Call Center Assistance: Provide support to the call center team by assisting in resolving customer and riders queries and issues effectively.
- Package Handling: Receive, sort, and organize incoming packages for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling deliveries.
- Rider Dispatch: Coordinate and dispatch riders with packages, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data related to package handling and delivery into the company's databases.
- Previous experience in a similar role within logistics, eCom, consulting, IT industry, banking & accounting, industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, riders, and customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
