- To support the achievement of sales targets by travelling to our clients premises, and to support the recruitment
- process on the field in terms of completion of candidate sign-ups.
- Conduct sign-ups for digital skills training schemes, ensuring all necessary assessments are carried out, and paperwork completed to the required standard to satisfy the contract requirements.
- Efficiently deal with complaints to clients' and The Company's satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets set for this role, in particular in the number of sign-ups.
- If required attend networking opportunities, attend relevant external events e.g. recruitment fairs, to promote the Company and it's services.
- Sign up new learners , conducting candidate assessments where required.
- Inform and agree learning programme content and process with learners and their managers, confirming mutual responsibilities prior to passing over to Performance Delivery Team.
- Attend required meetings and staff training to keep yourself up-to-date with current requirements, practice and competency.
- Promote a positive image of the Company and all of the services it delivers.
- Undertake other reasonable duties and activities as may be reasonably required or requested by Line Manager.
