Job Vacancy For Risk and Compliance Officer

• The Risk and Compliance Officer shall monitor and analyze areas of risk in the Operations of the Bank to ensure compliance with Policy and Regulatory Requirements

• Ensuring that the Bank's business activities are consistent with the acceptable risk tolerance levels set by the Board and th banking industry
• Developing and implementing effective risk management framework for the Bank's operations
• Ensuring that the Bank is in full compliance with all the Banking laws, rules, regulations, internal policies, procedures and processes
• Responsible for developing and overseeing control systems to prevent violation on regulatory requirements
• Preparation and submission of monthly reports on Risk and Compliance to board, management and Bank of Ghana
• Responsible for reporting on suspicious Transaction (STR) and cash transaction report (CTR)
• To train staff on the Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) framework
• Any other duty that may be assigned to you by the Chief Executive Officer at any time

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in a related field or professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA, etc

• Must be computer literate with proficiency in T24 Core Banking software, Microsoft suite
• Self motivated, analytical and attentive to details
• Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism and adhere to ethical standards
