Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and alert Security Guard to protect our hotel premises, guests, staff, and assets. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence on the property, monitor activity, respond to incidents, and ensure the overall safety of the hotel environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol hotel grounds regularly to ensure safety and security of guests and property
Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems for suspicious activity
Control access to hotel entrances and restricted areas
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues
Collaborate with hotel management and local authorities when necessary
Write detailed reports of incidents and daily activities
Ensure guests feel safe and respected at all timesRequirementsMust be a resident of Cape Coast
Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
Prior experience in a security role required
Strong observation skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
Honest, respectful, and professional demeanor
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduledBasic communication skills in English and/or local languages
