- Provide a strong and positive leadership to the Administration unit operations
- Develop and/or review administration and IT policies and propose where applicable
- Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office at all time.
- Demonstrate high proficiency to meet budgets, productivity and timeline targets for all logistics, equipments and other office supplies demands
- Negotiate related contracts, manage relevant vendor relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or other related qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in office administration and management, including procurement process
- Evidence of the practice of high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills
- Excellent analytical skills and good reasoning abilities and strong judgement.
