- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their packaging needs.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored packaging solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting the Company’s products and services to clients in the West-African sub-region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Market Expansion and Brand Awareness:
- Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions within the West-African sub-region, showcasing our products and capabilities.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness in target markets.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to support the Company's competitive positioning.
