- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities including market expansions and potential partnerships.
- Qualify leads from Sales Executives and marketing campaigns.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Actively explore new business avenues within the market.
- Present company offerings to potential clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Customize solutions to enhance client satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between clients and OEMs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful presentations and value-driven proposals.
- Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitors.
- Generate insightful reports and market analyses for decision-making purposes.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align strategies.
- Support the business unit in performance reviews and planning processes.
- Track and report on monthly/quarterly performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product innovations, pricing structures, and payment models.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in business development within the IT industry or related fields (telecom, software, tech solutions, cybersecurity).
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to planning efforts.
- Innovative mindset and commercial awareness.
- Understanding of IT industry trends, business models, and market dynamics.
- Ability to develop solutions that meet client and business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain partnerships.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
