- Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions
- Implement functional HRMS and maintain internal staff database across all departments, units and branches
- Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems
- Design company policies and procedures on HR Administration of the bank
- Review and update the bank's employment contracts and agreements
- Prepare budgets for the department on annual basis
- Track key HR metrics
- Manage internal communications projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
- Measure the effectiveness of the Bank's benefits programmes and recommend appropriate improvements if necessary
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Facilitate staff appraisal
- Plan and forecast HR needs of the bank
- Promote industry harmony and work ethics
- Revise our PMS to be abreast of current trends
- At least a University Degree in Business Administration (HR Option) or any other relevant discipline from a recognised university
- Masters from a recognised University and member of Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana. (CHRM) is an added advantage
- Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role for a period of not less than 10 years in the banking industry.
- Must be prepared to charter in CIHRM within 2 years
- Experience with Human Resources information systems including payroll tools
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programmes
- Good knowledge of relevant laws applicable to HR administration in Ghana
- Leadership skills
