A reputable restaurant with an office in Accra, seeks to hire the services of a Head Chef to ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standardsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Menu Planning & Development – Create and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Kitchen Staff Management – Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
  • Food Preparation Oversight – Ensure all dishes are prepared to standard, on time, and hygienically.
  • Inventory & Cost Control – Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage food costs.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Enforce cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Quality Control – Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Collaboration – Work with restaurant management on budgeting, customer feedback, and service improvements.
  • Innovation – Introduce new recipes and cooking techniques.

  • Education: Certificate in Culinary Art, diploma
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
