Our team is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business/Data Analyst to join us as an NSS Personnel in transforming data into actionable strategies that enhance performance and growth.Job SummaryThe NSS Business/Data Analyst will support the organization by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop reports, and assist in data-driven decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
  • Business Support: Collaborate with departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through data analysis and propose actionable solutions.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleaning tasks.
  • Documentation: Document analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to support transparency and reproducibility.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, IT, or a related field.Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
