- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the country;
- Conduct market analysis and prepare comprehensive reports on the latest market trends, including major competitors' information;
- Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Propose efficiency improvement suggestions on the current distribution channel to enhance overall sales performance;
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify customer demands through regular customer visits and feedback collection, and propose product development or upgrade plans accordingly.
- 3+ years of proven working experience in the Tire industry with a territory tire sales background (Bridgestone, Michelin, or Goodyear sales experience preferred)
- Experience working with fleets and dealers, with a proven track record in generating new business leads
- Proficiency in local tire distribution channel and fleet market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education experience with proficiency in business computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as required
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and desire to continually improve processes
