- Market and sell the company’s financing services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate contractors.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to grow the loan portfolio.
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments and ensure loan applications comply with company policies.
- Monitor loan performance and follow up on repayments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ sales experience in financial services, or banking (credit sales experience preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to meet targets.
- Good knowledge of financial products and credit management.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.
