Senior Electrical Engineer

• Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and automated equipment across the production line.

• Optimize and program PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and SCADA systems relevant to plastic manufacturing processes.

• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical equipment including extruders, injection molding machines, blow molding lines, and associated auxiliaries.

• Lead and mentor junior technicians and electricians, ensuring best practices are followed.

• Collaborate with mechanical and production teams for seamless integration of new equipment and process improvements.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation on electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, ISO regulations, and relevant environmental and industrial codes.

• Manage electrical contractors and liaise with vendors during projects or equipment upgrades.

• Evaluate energy usage and implement power-saving initiatives.
