Senior HR Officer - Learning & Development

• Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs through performance data and feedback.
• Conduct skills gap analyses and assessments to identify individual and team development needs.
• Support HR in planning recruitment campaigns and identifying workforce and talent gaps.
• Help implement the ‘PETROSOL First for Future’ Graduate Talent Programme to attract and develop future leaders.
• Oversee the rollout of the Partners for Sustainable Growth (PSG) performance management system.
• Support strategic goal setting and performance alignment at all organizational levels.
• Assist in driving organizational change initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Deliver quarterly people insights reports to enhance talent effectiveness and business results.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's or professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPD, or CIHRM is an added advantage).
• Minimum 4 years in an HR generalist or HR operations role.
• At least 1 year experience in the downstream oil & gas industry (e.g., station supervisor or service attendant) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of HR strategy and the general business environment.
