- Attain a monthly revenue target of GHC 7,700.00
- Recruit and Manage at least 10 Marketing Executives at all times
- Recruit and Manage at least 30 Sales points at all times
- Prospecting for New Businesses
- Ensure 100% clients retention
- Ensure 100% ME and SP retention
- Organize daily meetings and training for team members (MEs and SP reps)
- Motivate MEs and SP reps to achieve revenue target
- Assist MEs to attain revenue targets
- Marketing of the company's products and services
- Send daily, weekly, monthly and yearly performance reports to BM
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue target
- Follow up on technical units and management to ensures clients issues addressed
- Ensure 100% clients satisfaction
- Report clients under threat and all clients' issues promptly to management for redress.
- The candidate must have at least first degree in any relevant field with at least 2years working experience in a related industry.
- Ability to understand and appreciate the Pin consult goals and objectives, products and services.
- He/she must be very aggressive and task achieving.
- The candidate must have knowledge and experience in social media and internet marketing.
- He/she must possess at least 5years sales and field experience.
- The candidate must possess at least 5years leadership experience with the ability to coach and guide team members to achieve to target.
- He/she must have language skills and good interpersonal relationship.
- Must be very analytical and have the ability to draft budget and strategies to achieve target.
- The candidate must be very proactive and target driven.
- The candidate must be self-motivated, result oriented and a starter.
