- Manage HR documents, job description and performance monitoring system
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the company
- Prepare appointment letters and process monthly payroll
- Ensure compliance and maintain employees files
- Handle performance appraisals and performance reviews
- Responsible for job interviews and vetting of new staff
- Responsible for staff training and development
- Manage staff leave and handle staff medicals
- Supervise Office maintenance
- Manage Drivers and janitors
- Manage and resolve all customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Type out, maintain and supervise accurate data entry of participants registration forms, recommendations, evaluation forms, contact details, names for certificates and ensure attendance is signed
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of meetings and conferences, maintain accurate proceedings and take minutes
- Adequately prepare logistics for upcoming training, coordinate training programmes and assist in all aspects of training/event planning and implementation and send reminders to participants prior to trainings
- Responsible for filing documents, binding laminating and other clerical services interchangeable with the national service officer
- Collate relevant document from participant (passport pictures, CV, Deposit slips)
- Supervise janitor to ensure set up is ready to training and meals are served on time by the
- Do periodic checks on facility, handle and report on repairs & maintenance of equipment & fittings (Water systems, Electricals, Plumbing works, waste collections, washrooms and gardening, etc)
- Degree / Master's in Human Resource Management or Business Management
- 3 to 5 years of working experience
