- Strategy: Assist the HR Head in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Talent Management: Assist the HR in recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning
- Employee Relations: Foster positive workplace culture, address conflicts and ensure employee satisfaction
- Assist in the supervision and development of HR staff
- Assist in design, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Employee engagement: Develop initiatives promoting diversity, equity and inclusion
- Manage HR budget and optimize resource allocation
- Provide insight HR metrics and analytics
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field (Master's Degree will be an added advantage)
- 5+ years HR experience, preferably in leadership roles
- Must have practical knowledge in employee performance management tools (preferably, balanced score card)
- Professional certification: CHRMP, SHRM-CP, PHR or equivalent certifications desirable
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities
