- Helping enterprises develop accounting and finance systems and build their capacity of adopt regorous financial systems
- Supporting enterprises through the process of accessing financial services through financial institutions, venture capital and other financial mechanisms to support small and medium businesses
- A university degree in Agriculture, business administration, economics, marketing, social sciences or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in one or more of the areas listed below
- Experience on a USAID-funded project is highly preferred
