Mybitstore is a leading cryptocurrency platform that offers services for buying, selling, storing, converting cryptocurrencies, and trading peer-to-peer with over 200 payment methods.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Intern at Mybitstore. The Customer Support Intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential and newly registered users via cold calls to promote our services, provide information, and ensure an excellent onboarding experience. The role is key in supporting user acquisition and ensuring positive first interactions with the company.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services.
  • Follow up with newly registered users to guide them through the onboarding process and answer initial queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, user feedback, and conversion status in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns targeting new users.
  • Provide feedback from user interactions to help improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Achieve assigned call and engagement targets within stipulated timelines.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making cold calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
