- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services.
- Follow up with newly registered users to guide them through the onboarding process and answer initial queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, user feedback, and conversion status in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns targeting new users.
- Provide feedback from user interactions to help improve customer engagement strategies.
- Achieve assigned call and engagement targets within stipulated timelines.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.
- Any other related duties
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making cold calls.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
