Job Vacancy For Instructional Animator (PowerPoint)

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Animator to join our content development team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for transforming written lesson notes into visually engaging, animated learning materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Your work will support learners across various educational levels by making lessons more interactive, visually rich, and easier to understand.

• Convert detailed lesson notes into animated PowerPoint presentations that explain concepts clearly and creatively.
• Design and illustrate educational visuals, diagrams, and motion graphics that enhance learning and engagement.
• Use PowerPoint animations and transitions effectively to simulate movement, interaction, and story flow.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and curriculum developers to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning goals.
• Apply principles of instructional design and visual communication to improve content delivery.
• Adapt animations to suit different levels of learners (primary, JHS, SHS, tertiary).
• Ensure all animated lessons are brand-consistent, visually appealing, and pedagogically sound.
• Continuously improve visuals based on feedback from teachers, learners, and content reviewers.

• Proven experience in PowerPoint design and animation, preferably in an educational or training context.
• Strong skills in visual storytelling, layout design, and use of PowerPoint's motion tools.
• Basic understanding of instructional design or how students learn visually.
• Ability to interpret written lesson notes and creatively translate them into engaging visuals.
• Graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Background in Education, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian school curriculum or general knowledge of academic subjects.

• Remote for now but might require in-office later, depending on future company setup.
• Portfolio of previous PowerPoint animation or visual content work required.
