Job DescriptionOverview
A reputable MEP engineering solutions provider in Accra is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver engineering projects across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to management
  • Oversee procurement and site operations where required
Required Skills or Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 2+ experience in the industry
  • Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Knowledge of electrical systems is an added advantage
