- Client Relationship Management - Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and consistently met.
- Account Growth - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and build proposals that deliver value for both the client and Fon Packaging.
- Business Development - Actively prospect, pitch, and secure new business to expand our client base, consistently meeting monthly acquisition targets.
- Order & Project Coordination - Oversee the full cycle of client orders, from confirmation to production to on-time delivery. Communicate timelines clearly and resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with production and logistics teams
- Issue Resolution - Take ownership of client challenges (delivery delays, quality concerns, billing disputes) and resolve them quickly and fairly to maintain trust.
- Market Insights - Gather and share feedback from clients to help shape product improvements, service upgrades, and strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking - Monitor account performance against KPIs (repeat orders, revenue growth, client satisfaction) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Brand Advocacy - Represent Fon Packaging with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting our vision of sustainable, world-class packaging made in Ghana. ​
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years' experience in account management, client service, or sales (manufacturing or FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
- A natural relationship builder who treats clients like partners.
- Fast response times (calls within 15 mins, emails within 2 hours).
- 100% order accuracy and repeat business.
- New client acquisition (minimum 2 per month).
- Account growth and strong customer loyalty.
