- The HR Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee development, performance management, and organizational development.

- Partner with Management to identify HR needs and create initiatives to address organizational goals.
- Analyse workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Design and implement an effective onboarding program to integrate new hires and set them up for success.
- Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support and promote professional development opportunities, including mentorship and coaching.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements in workplace culture and practices.
- Establish and implement a performance management system that aligns with company goals.
- Work with management to set clear KPIs for team members and facilitate regular performance reviews.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while staying within budget constraints.
- Conduct market research to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure company practices adhere to these standards.
- Handle HR-related legal matters and work with legal advisors as needed.
- Support organizational design and development initiatives to align with company growth and evolving business needs.
- Drive change management processes and help the organization adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, HRIS systems, and reporting metrics.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, issues, and recommendations.
- Identify training needs and create development programs for employees.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and performance management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that drive organizational success.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR systems and other HR-related tools and technologies.
