
Customer Service Executive - Skynet Express

- Regulate access of public into the office.
- Respond to enquiries from walk-in customers.
- Ensure the branch has enough resources, i.e. stationery to support its operations.
- Monitor to ensure that pickups are done on time.
- Generate a waybill for retail customers.
- Reconcile all retail transactions and provide a report on all outstanding retail transactions.
- Ensure all customer funds are collected and remitted immediately after deliveries by collaborating with the account officer.
- High National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any social science discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2years of experience in customer service
- Experience in the Logistics or Courier Sector will be a plus.
