- This role is responsible for the successful implementation of the technology transfer program (TTP)
- Coordinate and manage all activities related to the TTP in line with the TTP Plan as validated by the Petroleum Commission
- Establish robust monitoring mechanisms
- Prepare comprehensive program reports for submission to the stakeholders
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success
- Identify potential risks and challenges
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree in Management/Leadership/Oil & Gas operations, supply chain management etc
- Minimum 10 years work experience in managerial position in Oil and Gas settings or maritime or offshore industry
- International Licence in Marine Engineering / Offshore Operations / Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Prince2)
- Proficiency in MS Office and project Management tools
- Work experience in an FPSO / Oil field (Offshore)
