Quality Assurance Manager by Twellium Industrial Co. LTD

• Responsible for production of good quality products as per standards set by the company
• Responsible for the development of quality assurance programs and their respective procedures so as to ensure the integrity and the quality of all the products
• Responsible for the implementation of product quality control according to the standards as laid-out by the company
• Responsible for the development and the implementation of product quality documents, forms and manuals
• Conduct incoming materials inspection programmes according to standards laid out by the company and ensure complete traceability of all materials used in the production
• Perform investigative and analysis on machinery, product, packaging and storing problems
• Perform in liaison with the Production Department all necessary tests and processes to maintain the product quality at all times while look at upgrading it where applicable
• Responsible for providing his department's daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Plant Manager.
• Responsible for the maintenance and the monitoring of the plant cleanliness and sanitary standards and report on any problematic areas
• Control and ensure that the personnel are abiding by the highest hygiene standards and procedures as set by the company
• Responsible to appraise all general and specific training plans and exercises for all personnel under his division
• All other jobs as maybe assigned to him by the Plant Manager.

• Master of Science (Food Quality Management)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Biscuit manufacturing company will be an added advantage
