- Serves as a company's first contact with customers, both external and internal, skillfully answers inquires, provide information, and help organise appointments for those that either call or come into a business
- Greeting visitors
- Managing security and telecommunications systems
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Good working knowledge of ICT (related software, phone, email, internet, social media) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or marketing related role
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantage
