Job Vacancy For Front Desk OfficeApplications are invited from suitably qualified Ghanaians who are goal-oriented and results-driven for appointment in the leading security company in Ghana as follows: Front Desk OfficerJob Summary
  • Serves as a company's first contact with customers, both external and internal, skillfully answers inquires, provide information, and help organise appointments for those that either call or come into a business
Responsibilities
  • Greeting visitors
  • Managing security and telecommunications systems
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Transferring calls as necessary
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
Qualification Required & ExperienceSkills and Competencies
  • Good working knowledge of ICT (related software, phone, email, internet, social media) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or marketing related role
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantage
